Assuming there were no gaps in your fit notes up until the decision was made your waiting period will be as follows…
July/Aug, Aug/Sept, Sept/Oct.. LCWRA starts from assessment period 30th Oct to 29th Nov and first payment will be 6th December. As the decision was made after the end of your most recent assessment period they will now owe you 1 months LCWRA element.
Please note my advice assumes you're not claiming UC with a partner that already receives this element on your claim and your UC doesn't include any Transitional Protection. If it does then the TP will erode due to the LCWRA element.

Great thanks so much for your reply.
Correct no partner
Fit note up to date
And was recieving Tp but noticed has dramatically reduced.
My payment seems to have stayed the same which is due on the 5th December
Do I have to apply for the back date payment or is it just a waiting game?
Thanks again

Is the LCWRA element included in this months statement? If it is then no money is owed. Yes, TP will reduce due to the LCWRA element. If the TP was more than £419.16/month then you will not be financially better off and your UC payments will remain the same.

Yes it's included for my payment on the 5th December

Then no money is owed, unless you were receiving earnings since you provided your first fit note and you didn't have the work allowance so they would owe you some money from that. Otherwise, your payments will be correct going forward.
