Help!!!

Seriously stressing...so my partner has to put his earnings in each month (self employed) and this morning he has made the massive mistake of putting ANNUAL income in instead of monthly!!! How hes managed that i have no idea 🙄 we are due to be paid 7th december and its saying £0 now, please tell me they will be able to change it im so worried!!! We have left notes in the journal explaining his mistake 😩

They will be able to change it. Though you may have to phone them to make sure it gets changed asap. They don't always check journal messages quickly.
The phone lines are only open on weekdays so you will have to wait until tomorrow to do that.
