I get pip I’m mentally and physically unwell I pay 3 different family members money out my own pocket my pip for caring for me could I claim cares allowance myself as I pay them out my own money and it’s different family members I’m sure I’m entitled to something how do I go about it? Thanks

You can't claim carers allowance yourself. Someone else can claim it for looking after you, depending on their circumstances.
