Tribunal and s.o.r
hi I was just wondering if anyone had been to tribunal for p.i.p and won,
Mines was won October 22nd for fibromyalgia but a few weeks later I received a letter from the dwp claiming they have requested a s.o.r from the tribunals,I know this is becoming more common than not at the minute which I’m absolutely fine with.
My question really is has anyone been through this and how long did you wait for any kind of response from the request of a s.o.r to end results please

Hi @lisamariewalton87 and welcome to the community.
Congratulations on your win! I've been through two tribunals for PIP now and gearing up for my third. I won both and went from 0 points to Enhanced daily and standard mobility, so they're worth going through with. Times can vary greatly depending on your area and how busy they are, but I believe with a SOR, the DWP has a month to respond.

Some wait just a few weeks and others a lot longer. Once they request it there’s no timescales how long it takes a judge to write them because these are done in their own spare time.

Good afternoon,
I won my appeal on October the 8th and dwp requested SOR the next week. I received an email on Saturday to say these had now been sent to DWP. I rang this morning and they confirmed that they’d received them and that I now have to wait again for DWP to decide their next steps. My claim has been going on since May 2023 🤦♂️😩0 -

Time I hope you all get a good outcome xxx
