I already receive basic pip, no mobility, as I have osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia but in April 2024 I had a stroke. I'm recovering but still have weakness on my left side, continuos headache, memory loss plus lots of other things. I filled a form in and it was receive, my claim is still ongoing 24 weeks later, I had a phone assessment 5 weeks ago yet was told decision maker have only had my info for 2 days( that was a week ago). I am struggling and need to be able to pay someone to help with my cleaning etc. Hopefully I will get a decision soon

Hi @sharonh58 and welcome to the community!
There is a long waiting time just like everything else at the moment but fingers crossed you won't have to wait too much longer for the decision!0
