Oh god, im going to get in trouble! I always forget, but I've just noticed, that I'm still paying my ex's van insurance via my bank account!!!
He does pay me back though, it's just been that way for years because he has no parking at his flat.
He picks up my shopping and prescriptions for me, it's about keeping the damn peace with him because I have no one else. I have Spinal Cord Injury and Housebound.
But I'm not committing fraud, its not my van. I've told him to change it, but he says he has nowhere to park it and it's his work van....if he parks it on the street his things will get robbed. I can't take this, I forgot, I don't constantly check my statements....If they want to scrutinise me for that then I guess that will be what it will be. I am beyond exasperated, I can't win. They will no doubt accuse him of living here, he does not, he has his own flat....but he does pick up my shopping for me and my meds. I'm screwed now aren't I.

You aren't screwed, if they ask about those transactions you can give them the explanation you've written here.

Parking his van where you live is no indication that he lives with you. There’s many things that can prove he doesn’t… council tax, bills for where he lives.
It’s really not as bad as you think it is.

Thank you. Yes, he has his own flat pays council tax ect. He only helps me out because he's waiting on me to die. He refused to sign off the house....I can't remember the term they use for this. But it's just another way to control me. I've never had happiness in my life, I don't think I ever will.
