Woke up in terror starts with stomach scared of life everyday since last year with sunak been on an emotional rollercoaster wish my life turned out different

@Catherine21 Same, I'm in a state of constant terror and agitation. No sleep, afraid to do anything. Waiting on my UC migration notice is driving me mad too. I feel the fact it's out of our control and we can't do anything to stop the changes is what dosen't help. We just gotta hang in there, we've been through changes before. Believe me,I know how difficult it is. X

I was okish now gone onto full blown kick in the stomach anxiety yes me too waiting for letter everyday it spent come I breath sign of relief for a moment

when they start transferring 63k a month it won't be long at all until they colossally louse it up and it is paused, you can almost guarantee that.
