Award notice PIP
Hi all
Had a telephone assesment that lasted 1.5 hours was exhausting .She kept asking how i drive when PiP awards people cars so i really didn tget her point however when the award notice came through she can gather that i can cook with an aid granted 2 points because i can drive? Fine motor skills vs Gross motor skills yet in a tribunal with a Dr present i was awarded 4 points four years ago.Things have changed i now am getting neurological drops and have been told my condition wont improve by a neurologist yet this award.
I am looking to a mandatory reconsidration on this matter .Can i do this on the phone or is it best in writing? I am due for muskoskeletal injections soon due to C level tissue wear and tear plus dystonic tremors.
Kindly advise the best way foward .

Hi @rasberry, sorry that you didn't get the points you were hoping for on your PIP, it can be a pretty frustrating process sometimes!
I have heard that many people find it better to do their Mandatory Reconsiderations in writing. It gives you a little more opportunity to think about what you want to say and add as much detail as you need to.
I hope your MR goes well!
