I'm £140 worse off, how?

I was on ESA & CHILD TAX CREDITS, upto two weeks ago. I was paying back a loan on ESA, so with my Child tax credits, I was receiving approx £330 one week ( both together ) and £60+ the week after for just CTC..
Now I get £250 every two weeks, bar my £20 child benefit, so i'am £140 worse off. How do they come to this amount. I will take it to court..
