Adult disability payment query

Hi I have received letter stating my award is from 2024 and will be reviewed in 2026.

there are some changes I need to inform SSC about as pip were unaware. If I request a change of circumstances will this bring my full claim under review?

Since I already have an award what is the process for review? Is it paper based or telephone? Not sure how the difference in ADP works compared to pip

I'm not sure what will happen. I know my friend just had to confirm some things over the phone after the pip to adp change and his award was extended to longer than it would've been with pip. I'm fairly certain that was just from a description of him over the phone without any evidence requested or him being seen f2f.
