Hi, my name is andrew55! I'm so confused

HI folks I'm Andrew and I'm so confused about this lcwra, I'm here in the hope someone can help me,
12th August I reported health change
16th August I declared fit note
29th November decision lcwra
My payments are 4th each month
Circumstances 28th to 27th
I have asked uc and they said payment is 3 months from decision but I thought it was 3 months from declaring first fit note, and I have not had any gaps in my fit notes, can someone please work this out for me I'm so confused by it all

UC are incorrect, LCWRA has a waiting period of three full assessment periods from the date the first Fit Note was handed in.
No money is paid or subsequently owed for that period.
July/August: Partial AP, excluded from waiting period.
August/September: AP 1
September/October: AP 2
October/November: AP 3
November/December: Eligible for LCWRA element.
4th January: First LCWRA element paid*
No money is owed in backpay.
*If you have Transitional Protection on the claim, it will reduce by the LCWRA amount.
*If you have Carers Element in your name on the claim, LCWRA will replace this as the same person cannot get both.
*If you have a partner on your UC claim who already gets LCWRA, no additional money will be paid as the maximum entitlement per couple is 1 LCWRA element.
