Changing bank accounts, how long?
I wrote to both dwp departments four weeks ago. One payment has changed one hasn't. Would you wait, ring up or write again?
I have until February when the account will be closed as I haven't made the application needed to keep it going.
I think I am going to have to call them. Just chatting really about what others would do, just to chat. 😁

Keep calling. The squeaky wheel gets the oil! Or, to put it another way, the most annoying person gets dealt with to get rid of them! Lol.

phone
Follow up with a dated letter referring to the call.
And let the bank know as well
And keep note of when you do what
it’s a pain in the whatsit but probably the most effective way to do it.1 -
@HappyDays62 I've not heard the phrase "The squeaky wheel gets the oil!" before but it did tickle me. 😂

It took forty minutes of waiting but dealt with simply. 😁
Positive experience in that respect.

They often concentrate on one condition, rather than all of your conditions. This is because they usually concentrate on something that they think may qualify you for either LCW or LCWRA. Although it doesn't mean it definitely will. Unfortunately, it's not possible for me to predict what the outcome will be.
If you have access to a journal once the decision is made the decision letter will be uploaded onto there.
