Pip review is complete...no asessment

Hi all
Just a little confused, my pip was due to end november 2024, they sent a review form out 6 months prior, i filled it in and sent it off when i got it months ago, then iv recieved a message today sayin your pip review is complete we will send your decision letter in 2 weeks...now im worried as iv had no phone call, is this a bad thing? Im currently on high daily and low mobility...i am so relieved i didnt have to have a phone call but also worrying incase they tried to change it? Any help much appreciated

You’ve had what’s known as a paper based assessment. They do these when there’s enough of information not to need an actual assessment. I had a paper based assessment back in October.
It doesn’t mean anything other than you had a paper based assessment.
Even though the text advises not to ring you can ring anytime to ask what the decision is and they will tell you. Or you can wait for the decision letter which can take up to a couple of weeks to arrive.
