Hi, I have been awarded the higher rate of mobility but I already have a car, I don't need a scooter or wheelchair. How can I use this money?

There’s no rules on what you can and can’t spend the money on.

You will also be entitled to free vehicle tax. Details here https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/media/65705f777391350013b03bc9/ins216-how-to-apply-for-free-disabled-tax.pdf
