Hi please can you help. I have recently changed my phone number so I'm trying to change it on my journal. I don't have access to my old phone number so it is sending the verification code to that one. Is there any way around this as I really don't want to be going to the job centre to change it it. I'm on UC pip and lcfw. I'm also on medication that makes me very drowsy.

    Try ringing the UC helpline.
