Why don't I feel happy for Christmas

Hi everyone it's festive here in cape town south Africa I was happy whole year about Christmas why do I feel all off a sudden no happy toughs was so stressed out today my first day also for my period but I was never like this even I was always happy for Christmas as a Christian it makes me happy this time off year but everything that happened I don't have energy please pray for me and my family that we will have at least food on our table God bless
