Hi can the DWP call your ex-partner, who you are still in touch with, to ask them about how your mental or pyshical health conditions affect you and what symptoms you have, without asking your permission or does the DWP need to have consent to contact your ex-partner under GDPR

How do they have your ex partners contact details? Were they down as your appointee at some point? Or have you previously given their details to DWP for any reason?
