How soon is tribunal after Mandatory Reconsideration

It seems from what I've been reading that most M.R are rejected so I'm being realistic that like with everything else it's still going to be declined. But I'm interested in knowing roughly from when they turn down the M.R how long is it before it goes to tribunal

Unfortunately, it's like asking "How long is a piece of string" as times can vary, but I think the average wait time stated for tribunal is up to six months currently?

OH wow so a long time then.I just remember someone saying on here before that if you were not in receipt of pip in 2025 you would have to have a reassesment of benefits and based on what it said in today's letter I don't even qualify for my benefits that I've had for over 15 years

I think 6 months is very wishful thinking, I'm afraid. It's more like anything up to a year from when you request the Tribunal. Then you have the waiting time added on after this for them to pay any money that's owed, if you're awarded.
Of course there's always a chance of PIP offering an award before the hearing and sometimes they do this (about 26% if I remember rightly) when they review your claim before responding to the Tribunal.
That was what the previous Government wanted to do. Labour haven't made any announcements yet and won't until Spring so we don't know anything as yet. At the moment everything continues as normal and being refused PIP has no bearing on any ESA or UC.

Thanks Poppy. Is it worth my writing where I think I should've got points? Or is a bit rude. Will the decision maker see my request for a M.R

Yes, that's what you will need to do. Please see the advice on your other thread. I didn't comment on that because there was no further advice for me to give than you had already been given.
A decision maker will see your request because they are the ones that make a decision.
