Hi @AndreaJones1 and welcome to the online community. 😊
Is it possible to clarify if you've had your appeal yet and the letter has been received following this? Or is this ahead of your court date? Sorry if I've misunderstood, I'm just trying to pin point where you are in the process.
I hope you don't mind but I've updated your post title just to help other members who might have some helpful feedback see what it's about.
Best wishes,
Holly.

Andrea, I owe you an apology because this does not mean you lost your case!!
Your Mandatory Reconsideration (MR) request was turned down, that's all. The next stage is to proceed with your appeal and you will get plenty of advice here on the forum.
I am so sorry for causing you alarm.

All done @WhatThe 🙂

Yes, that's perfectly normal. DWP will always oppose an appeal because if they thought you were entitled then you wouldn't be at this stage in the first place. It's nothing to worry about and your appeal will still go ahead as normal.

hi all and thanks iam just so confused with it all ! I had a mandatory decision that failed so I asked it to go to a tribunal and had all the evidence of paperwork I’d filled in score sheet saying 0 on everything then what looks like the new evidence I sent and supporting letter explaining how iam struggling then another score sheet with various numbers in the columns my head has gone with it all !😪

You don't need to send anything that you've already sent because DWP will send them everything. You will then receive a copy of everything In what's known as the bundle.
I'm not sure what you mean by score sheets, unless you're referring to the descriptors? You can see them here.

yeah that’s them !

what do they mean and does this mean I can’t get any support

The descriptors are the criteria for PIP. You need to score points based on those descriptors. For standard award you need to score at least 8 points and for Enhanced you need at least 12 points. There's 2 parts to PIP, daily living and mobility and they are added up separately.
No, it doesn't mean you can't get "support" Whether an award is possible will depend on how your health conditions affect you.
I'm not sure what your intentions are with sending score sheets to the Tribunal. I'd advise you start with having a read of this, take your time because it's a lot to digest but it will help you to understand the descriptors a little more, hopefully.
