I get cares element and carers allowance,but my carers allowance gets deducted from my universal credit each month,Ive now been put on the sick and updated it on my journal will my carers allowance and carers element be stoped.

No, neither of those will stop. If you report your health condition and provide fit notes to start the work capability assessment process off and you're found to have LCWRA then the carers element will stop. This is because the same person can't receive both carers and LCWRA element at the same time.
Carers allowance continues if found to have LCWRA but it's still deducted in full from any UC entitlement.
