Struggling to cope

I'm in my early sixties and have post-traumatic arthritis of the ankle, along with a number of chronic health and mental health conditions, including BPD.
I'm worried about my mobility and deteriorating mental health. My nephew has been helping me but will be moving abroad shortly.
Other family don't want to know, despite all the things I did for them in the past. I now live on disability benefits and will be migrated from ESA to UC this year, which is causing me additional stress and anxiety.
I struggle to get through each day alone and have no support. I can't even get an GP appt as recently moved to new area from London and GP don't accept phone calls to book and I struggle to access appt using online form.
i have no quality of life. Feeling very isolated and grieving for my previous life when I could do things I enjoyed. How do people cope alone without any support.

You can refer yourself for a needs assessment
This will identify any practical help you need, as well as signposting to local social activities that might benefit you.
I know you are struggling with GP access currently, but they might have a social prescriber who can help support you
Have you made GP practice aware of your access needs in terms of making appointments?
In terms of the UC/ESAA migration that's definitely something we can offer help with on here.
