A quick question

I know not to expect my backpay anytime soon but I was wondering 🤔 do they always take any budgeting advance/loan out of backpay?

I had an advance last July from UC and they take regular amount out every month and I'd like it to stay that way if possible. I want to use my backpay towards other things.

Yes they can take what you owe them from what they owe you. If anything is sent to debt management you can contact them to ask them not to take what you owe them and tell them you have a payment plan in place to pay everything back.
