Inspired by a Friend: Joining the Scope Community

Hello everyone, I'm Mohammed and I'm new to the Scope community. I'm not disabled myself, but I have a close friend who is. One of the things I admire most about him is that he doesn't let his disability define him. He lives life to the fullest and doesn't let anything hold him back. It's inspiring to see how he embraces his identity and focuses on his strengths. I'm eager to learn more about disability issues and how I can be a better ally. I'm excited to be a part of this community and connect with people who share similar values.

Hey Albus_Scope,
Sorry it took me so long to reply! I've been away from the platform for a while.
Thanks for the warm welcome! And yeah, my friend is pretty ace!
To answer your question, I'm really interested in learning about the everyday challenges and successes people experience. And how I can be a better ally. Your community has a lot of experience, and I'm keen to learn from everyone.
Thanks again!1 -
