i all, got email from council yesterday regarding lwp application it's annoying some of the information they asking for whats wrong with fridge it don't work lol. Don't think im going to reply with the information it's to much.

Good afternoon

 

To enable your claim to be considered we require the following evidence:

 

• How old is your fridge freezer?
• What is the issue with it?
• When did the issues begin?
• How old is your washing machine?
• What is the issue with it?
• When did the issues begin?
• Receipt for the repair you have recently paid for.
• Evidence of the outcome of your recent DWP loan application you confirmed you made on 18th December 2024.
• Evidence of the benefit stoppages you currently have.

 

Please supply the evidence to this email address, if ALL evidence is not received by Friday 10th January 2025 your claim will be refused.

Heya @jam1983 wow, that sounds like they really want to know about your fridge! But wanting to know that kind of information is perfectly normal, they have lots of checks to do first. If you cant give them all of the details, maybe reply with the information you could provide?
