in Start here and say hello!

Hi, I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and PTSD in June 2021, I'm struggling with understanding my condition and find it hard to talk about, but hoping joining a group like this will help me talk to others who have this condition or a chronic condition that has changed who you once were.
