Hi @Catherine21 Is there anything I can do to help?

There's a lot going on in the world at the minute isn't there and does seem very overwhelming. Sometimes I find taking a step back from things like social media (and even the news sometimes) helps. And focusing on a few small self care things, but appreciate what works for me might not for you.

Please make sure you look after yourself, and if there's anything in-particular you want to talk about, let me know 💛

    Holly.

Just seems everything geared for 2030 I've been reading some of the white paper it's really geared about getting people into work someone wrote on here goverment was talking about true mental health what does that mean sorry I know my messages hard to figure out what is classed as true mental health

Hi @Catherine21 blimey you have been busy! It's great to keep informed, but just keep in mind sometimes too much information isn't always a good thing and (I know for me anyway) can often lead to overthinking.

I know from speaking with family members who will be directly affected, the uncertainty is a worry but I'm going to steal one of @Albus_Scope's comments on this because I do think he makes some good points.

I know it's sometimes easier said than done, but try to keep an open mind and don't let the worry get the better of you. Maybe try to find a distraction for a little bit. Do something that makes you feel good. 🤗

I hope not @Catherine21. I genuinely believe that they're doing this to try to offer better support for people who want to work, but the way the world of employment has worked previously, it's not been the most accommodating. I'm hoping employers make some changes.

Hi @Catherine21 - I just wanted to jump on and say I completely understand your fear as I’m in the same position. The battering has been relentless. I’m trying not to get involved with it all as it’s too much for me. But I wanted you to know that you’re not alone. We will get through whatever they throw at us
