PIP stopped after review

Pip stopped after review Hello I wonder if anybody had a similar situation, I had my pip review on 19/12/2024 and received the text on 07/01 to say the review was complete. I rang the pip helpline for the decision on 08/01 and an advisor said it had been stopped. I received a letter from DWP this morning requesting further information to confirm my name and passport but I haven't received the decision letter. Any advice please thank you

I'm afraid it will be impossible to give any advice on this because we can only guess why they sent that letter. You will need to ring PIP when they open at 9am on Monday.
If you've been refused you can challenge that decision by requesting the Mandatory Reconsideration. (MR) you should put this in writing stating where and why you think you should have scored those points. You have 1 month from the date of the decision.

I truly empathize with the challenges you’re facing—it’s incredibly disheartening. I would strongly suggest considering the tribunal route, as it’s important not to let this situation defeat you.
I personally took the tribunal route in a school-related matter, and it was quite a journey. Unfortunately, it didn’t yield the outcome I had hoped for, and the entire process spanned an exhausting year from start to finish. I was left feeling devastated by the result. However, I believe that going through this experience has equipped me with valuable insights and resilience that have served me and will do the same for you well moving forward.
