No longer than four days as far as I can make out. I didn't use a form, just emails.

Me - Will you please clarify what I should expect regarding full disclosure of all the data held about me, as requested, and the timescale. –

Them -This is additional information to what was in you request dated…. If you require ALL DATA held about you a new Right of Access will need to be set up for this. So could you please confirm if that is required.
