Clarity on consent and brain tumours
Can someone give me a definite on sex with stroke injuries and brain tumour. Fed up of going around the houses and please dont tell me to read consent law. Is it rape from other party if the sleep with you if you brain tumour on skull or center of brain. They affect language and understanding more so could be seen as you can’t consent. If this is deemed as the case or you have this type of tumour is this rape or illegal in uk under uk law? Everyone keeps scouting around idea no definite answer. I don’t want to sleep with someone and they potentially go to jail. It is madness no one seems to know the law or the answer. Thank you in advance.

Hi @meowlicious and welcome to the community.
That's a tricky one and not something I'd be able to answer with any confidence as we're not legally trained here and cannot give legal advice. I have had a quick look online and came across another one of your posts on a different forum where someone linked a couple of good PDFs that could be worth reading through if you're looking for clarity?
