Hi there @bockle_harry and a big welcome to the community.

I hope you don't mind, but I've made your question into its own discussion, as the previous discussion hadn't been active since October. So hopefully more people will see this and offer some top advice soon.

So I previously had a claim review in December 2023. I received notification of a new one a few days ago.

This seems oddly soon to me - does anyone know if it’s normal to have another claim review just a little over a year after the last one?

And can I check that everything is still the same? Do we still not need to include COL payments in our overall capital, for example?

Yes everything is still the same with the CoL disregards.

I've heard of one other person having a repeat review.

Yes there can be a gap between submitting the information and getting an appointment through for the telephone interview.

    Hi @noman

I sent mine on the 27th January, a couple of days after the first call. 2 days ago, I was messaged that I hadn't sent in the front page of my statement…oops! Also, the ID photo needed sending again, as there was a fraction & I mean, a fraction of a corner of the passport missing. As you can see, they took some time to actually get to it. Of course, some places maybe far quicker.

Hi Noman! Yes, phonecall was on the 21st March. No problems, went well. Until he read out a list of money accounts & if I had a PO, bonds, premium bonds etc., & that made me think of a long forgotten PO account I had. So, I was given 2 weeks to find it. That isn't going to happen & there won't be anything in it & that's if Find My Account actually find it. So don't say yes to any dead accounts you may have had in the 80s!! 😉

Funny how you got your appt message just after mentioning it, which is good & at least they have given you fair warning. That must be the standard journal message, as I had the same. It is fine, the person does most of the talking & you just saying yes & no. I think mine took about 15mins & that was with me mentioning the PO account. 🙄

Universal Credit is a benefit made up of different elements added together.

The financial review is for your UC award, so yes that includes LCWRA.

    Hi @noman!

Yes, so it's their standard message as Kimi had it as well.
