Benefits

I've just read what this EVIL Government is planning now, cutting benefit payments. How the f*** do they expect us to live, targeting the poor, elderly and disabled people.
Most off us are just getting by with whatvwe receive, I guess they don't care and want us to live, why don't they target the rich people.

Where have you read this information? You must realise that news media have a political bent.

This is exactly the reaction the warped media are hoping for.
There's a consultation in the spring (likely march) which means everyone gets a say on any proposals, it's vital that everyone who can responds to it.
any cuts will likely affect new claimants first and there's a procedure (a long one) between a green (consultation) paper and an active law, even then there has to be trials.
to put your mind at rest, it's taken over a decade for UC to get to this last stage and DLA to PIP the same.

no, steps of a bill going through parliament can't be skipped just because any of them wish they could.

How do you know your right, nobody including you know what this government will and can do.
They could easily cut people's benefits.
