Hi @row1066 Welcome to the Community. I hope you enjoy your time on the forum. Any questions just ask.
I am sorry you are having such a difficult time. Have your spoken to your GP regarding how you are feeling?
Please take care of yourself.

Heya @row1066 and a big welcome from me too!
Just echoing what Bluebell has said, I think speaking to your GP about your moods would be a good thing to do, they may be able to help.0 -

I've popped you a quick email and see you've replied. 😊
Please try and get a GPs appointment, especially if it's for chest pains and depression. I'm not sure if it's the same with your GPs, but with mine I have to be calling (or trying to do an e-consult form) at 8am on the dot.

PIP is awarded based on the difficulties you have with daily living activities and mobility as a result of your health problems.
If you cannot complete an activity reliably, repeatedly, in a reasonable time frame and safely for the majority of time (51%+) then you should be treated as unable to do the activity.
Did you have a look at the descriptors to see where you feel should score points, does that add up enough to have an award?
Did you have any help filling in the forms, or appeal the decision at the time?
If it's been more than 13 months since you were turned down, perhaps a new application with support from local welfare rights?
