Housing benefits help

First time posting my daughter wants her own house and to live independently she gets dla and pip will she get help with rent can she get housing benefits ?

She's either getting PIP or DLA as you can't get both.
Unless she goes into supported housing, she will need to claim Universal Credit to get help with rent (paid via Housing Element).
In a private rental she will get the 1 bedroom rate of LHA. This often doesn't cover the whole rent and she'll need to top it up herself.
If she goes into social housing her whole rent will be paid for a one bedroom property.

When she needs to claim help with rent under UC, her ESA will end if it's entirely Income Related.
Assuming she's in the Support Group, she will get LCWRA (the UC equivalent of Support Group) automatically.
If she is on IR ESA that's changing to UC anyway, she should expect a migration letter anytime between now and December.
