Housing benefits rent

hi all i have just been informed by housing benefits they are only paying £20 a week towards rent the rent is £125 a week I am on low income I have 4 sons who live with me 2 get uc ages 18-19 and one is on pip esa who’s 24 the other is 13 year old in school does this seem right ? Any help will be great thanks
