good evening all I filled my capacity for work form from ESA they received its 6th back on the 6/12/24

Can anyone tell me how long it takes for a decision to see what group your put into? Thanks in advance

It varies so much we can't really answer, it will depend on the assessment provider's workload etc.

Most people have phone/in person assessments so you should expect to have one. Paper based assessments (requiring minimal or no further input from you) are possible but rarer.

Can be months, over 6 months etc, huge backlog

thank you! I applied in November 24…got job centre phone call to accept conditions on 6th December 24..and received capacity for work form on 13 December there I was hoping it was moving to fast lol

First time assessments are usually quicker than reviews. Backlogs for new claims aren't as long as reviews.
