Tribunal appeal

Hello, after scoring zero and a MR with zero, I’ve got a date for my tribunal and I’m so shocked I got one this fast as I thought they take a long time. I had also just given up and forgotten about the fight and just accepted that I don’t “qualify”. I’m so anxious and clueless and would really appreciate some help. I have tried CAB and other charities in my area but they are either not taking on tribunal or over booked at the moment so I’m panicking and just looking for some help if anyone is familiar with the process etc. thank you

How soon after your MR did you get a tribunal date?

Hi @Kami22, sorry you didn't get a reply to this at the time. How are you getting on now, did you have your tribunal already or are you still waiting? Hope everything is going okay for you.

Update:
Had my tribunal and it was such a nice surprise. They were all so nice and understanding. Asked relevant questions.

4 months is quick. How did you get on at tribunal?

It was not as bad as I expected. I was worried but they seemed to have enough evidence because they asked relevant questions and I understood why they’d ask me those things. It was so far from what I’d been through with DWP. It seemed fair and I was honest about what I could do. Awarded enhanced dl and standard mobility.
