Road tax certificate expired

Hi my pip is under review, returned forms in July entitlement ended in September 24.
My car road tax expires in February and my road tax certificate has expired as I’m waiting for the review process.
Will I be able to pay for the road tax as it’s registered disabled or can I still get free ?
Thanks

As far as I am aware, you will have to change back to PLG class and pay for your road tax, applying for a refund when your entitlement is renewed.

I agree with @Ranald here and this is what you will need to do.

I actually bought a car that had a disabled flag on it and I had to go to the post office to send off a form to change it back to a "normal" vehicle and then had to be taxed normally.
