Hello everyone, thanks for Letting me join,I am universal credit and currently on the sick because I am recovering from a heart attack and heart procedure do I still have to do my commitments attending group sessions or interviews with my work coach while I am on the sick

Until you have a work capability assessment and are found unfit for work (LCWRA), unfortunately you are treated as a job seeker and have to follow your work commitments.
The work coach should have some discretion to reduce them due to your current situation.
