Hey @brownbear68, welcome to the community 😊 I know it can be difficult filling in the PIP form. I had a difficult time myself! I want to start off by saying that if you find yourself nearing the 1 month deadline you can ask for an extension just by calling the PIP phone line.
We do have some advice on the PIP form here: Completing your PIP claim form | Disability charity Scope UK
You could also read citizen's advice who go through it question by question here: Check how to fill in your claim form - Citizens Advice
My own personal advice would be to just be as truthful as possible and don't fill it out yourself. Your conditions can affect your life in ways that you don't actually see because you've become so used to living that way. It's good to have another perspective to help miss ways you might be affected that you aren't even fully aware of.

thank you my wife has just completed the questions with me on a draft copy I’m sure I was asked to then email it in and I can phone up to get help from an advisor, however as per me I can’t remember where to email it to 🫣
