I got 0 points on my pip review assessment and iv also lost my mandatory appeal application IV just give up I don't agree on how someone who doesn't no you can make a decision on your illness can't understand why they can't take time to read Ur doctors record s with all the evidence they need

It's not unusual for the MR decision not to change because the majority of them don't. The stats suggest only about 24% of MR decisions change at that stage. More often that not the MR decision is a copy and paste of the original decision.
There's much more chance of success at Tribunal stage providing you either appear in person or have a telephone/video hearing and then there's about 66% chance of success.
It's also your responsibility to provide the evidence to support your claim and not their responsibility to request medical records.

I no just I just think there doing things wrong by making there decision s on ppl who are generally not well

This is why the tribunal appeal stage is there. It is then decided not by the DWP but by a tribunal with a tribunal judge and medical professionals. There you get a chance to give your evidence directly to them. I know the DWP make it very disheartening, but tribunal appeals are generally far more successful than MRs.
