hi had my health assessment with uc 3 weeks ago been on going since 1/11/2023. I’m just wondering if anyone else has received there uc85 form before the decision is made. I received mine today in the post but have not received a decision on my journal as of yet also do the decision makers go off what the assessor says because it says the client was found to meet the criteria for limited capability for work and work related activity.

The Decision Maker usually follows the assessor recommendation, but not always.
