I don't think he's a Labour MP anymore, I'm sure he was thrown out of the party and is now an independent MP.
I think he would help the disabled people if he could.

They talked about Jeremy Corbyn setting up a new party a couple of years a go with some other Labour MP's. I don't think anything came of it, It is possible though.
