Hi @Hardip, welcome to the community. Sorry you've had such a hard time with your PIP application. People do often get a better result at Tribunal, so it's well worth going forward if you can manage it.
Lots of our members have been through tribunals, so if you have any questions about it I'm sure you'd get some good advice here ๐

Thank
You I have given examples of being in pain and fatigue itโs caused
I have given evidence of having mental health issues a the reasons why
0 points feels very demeaning I really do not feelThey have read my MR at all I registered my appeal yesterday and am awaiting paperwork not sure if this is going to make my my worse
a neurologist has confirmed chronic leg disability I have explained the impact of this eg having to put more weight on my left leg which means the more I walk the more I am in painI feel they have totally ignored everything eg examples of exercises given to strengthen my leg by a physio
using a dissent box to help me remember to take my anti depressants
so gutted and exhausted with it all0 -
sorry for the errors I think I need to breathe. When I spoke to pip helpline yesterday they did say they used the initial telephone assessment which was full of dismissing and questioning the information I gave assessments need to be face to face I will have to go through her report but by bit and try and correct it so the wrong impression is not set to the reader

It's not unusual for the MR decision not to change because most don't. Tribunal has a much higher success rate and many people have zero points when attending their hearing. For the best chance of a decision in your favour you should either appear in person or have a telephone/video hearing.

Thank you I will do so as I do not think that they get a true picture of everything
