UC Review advice
Hello all thank you for listening. i had the dreaded "upload 4 months statement and ID" message around November and did the uploading. got a message today saying they need to check my housing costs and would need to upload a tenancy agreement or letter from my landlord and utility bill or council tax bill. im not sure what information they want from the tenancy. it doesn't specify if they want the original agreement i made 15 years ago or some updated tenancy with the rent i pay now. i also do not have any council bill or utility from the last 3 months
(water was july and i don't get one from gas and electric as its smart meter)
so unsure how ill do it. it sounds like they want to just prove i life here maybe i dont know. im worried about leaving a message on my journal as last time i tried to do it i clicked the wrong things and pressed all sorts of stuff as I'm not very good with computers. any else had to do housing costs things or any general advice would be great as I'm quite scared at the moment. thank you all

I have smart meters but still get monthly bills, I'm paperless so they are all electronic. Try logging into your energy supplier account online and having a look.

Same for me with my energy bills, they are all paperless and I have smart meters. If you don't have access to a printer you could ring your local Authority and ask them to send you a copy of your council tax bill for proof of ID purposes.
For your rent if it's privately rented then your tenancy agreement along with a recent letter if your rent has increased recently.
