housing costs cannot be paid because you have not provided sufficient evidence of your address and how much rent you must pay.

In the tenancy agreement it shows everything including the address and how much rent I need to pay, yet they refused the housing costs, weird

also they deleted the pdf files uploaded

not sure what to do, i have sent them a message in journal and i will also ring them tomorrow

has anyone experiecend this before as i am getting worried now and not sure what to do

Ask them for a decision letter and then request a mandatory reconsideration of the decision.

Are you certain the tenancy agreement covered all of the information they requested?

yes the tenancy agreement covers everything, the rent, the information they need, i have reuploaded as i spoke to them and they said it will get verified now once you re upload, i believe there was some mix up, so fingers crossed.
