After I sent in my first review form I had severe uvetitis

hi, I’ve suffered with rhuemotiod Arthritis which has damaged various joints , I currently get standard daily pip, my first review form was sent in October, the following month into December I suffered severe uvetitis for the first time which ended in a hospital stay for 12 nights , I’m still on treatment , I was treated for infection on arrival however after 9 days of Constant iv drips, I wasn’t making h inprovement , my treatment changed to iv steriod and after 3 days I was discharged to continue oral and eye drop steriods , it seems likely that it was a flare up of my arthritis ( at the time there was a very low percentage of it being my arthritis doing it ) my question is can I talk about this during my assessment considering it’s looking like a complication of my current condition or should I start the process over with a new form ?? As yous alll know it’s very stressful filling forms in and I don’t have full eye sight back as yet in affected eye ( although it’s a lot better ) legally I can drive however I find , I can’t drive certain times of day ie when it’s morning but car lights are still on and I can’t drive after dark as I find the lights on opposite side of road very distracting so I won’t take the risk.

You won't be able to start the process again because you've already sent your review form back. You can send extra evidence anytime to PIP. Please make sure that you put your name and NI number on everything you send. You may also want to ring them to ask what address to send it to.
You also need to be aware that any worsening of condition needs to be present for at least 3 months and expect to last at least a further 9 months.
