Abuse & contacting social care

social care emailed me with concerns about my relationship. My boyfriend has been abusive to me , he makes out I’m the abuser though and films me when I’m reacting to his abuse. What do I say to the social care worker? I’m scared of him getting in trouble if I say something and what might happen after because he always threatens me and he hates my family too I’m scared of him turning my family against me, he has already tried to do that in the past but I’m scared he’ll be worse if I tell anyone about what he’s been doing. And what will social care do if I tell them? Can they help with housing etc? I’m currently living hours away from home (I moved to live with him) how would I get help down there instead ? Would it get transferred to there
