I have sent my pip review forms in around 7 months ago and have not heard anything back yet apart from the texts messages saying they still have the form I was just wondering how long the pip reviews are taking in the north east if they is anyone has got any timeframe

Hi @stephen6405, it is fairly common for review to take around 8 months or more generally. I cannot be certain the exact timeframe for the North East. I would not be too concerned as long as you are still receiving those texts, it lets you know that it is at least still in the system then!

It is frustrating to be left in the unknown for so long, part of me hopes they will start clearing the backlog sometime soon but it has been this way for so long already.

Mine took 8 months, but I think the average is closer to 10 months, and a member recently posted they still waiting at 13 months.

hi got a text saying my review is complete hear in two weeks no assessment must have been paper based

I'm in the same boat I send my review form back a month or so ago and have had no contact since. I gather I have a long wait.

How long after sending the initial paperwork off do they start texting you ?

Would be nice to have some kind of conact to know anything.
