hi Kimmy hope you’re well, yes I agree with you that you can’t miss what you never had, but that’s very much only the opinion and thought of those that never had it.
but there are many many that did have it that will be getting shafted no matter what anybody says otherwise about it. It has never been a 1 tier system it’s always been based on extra support you need for your circumstance, and to take it such a large amount away from the people that were entitled to it in the future is plain wrong.0 -
