Hi @Greggs Welcome to the Community. I hope you enjoy your time on the forum. Any questions just ask.
It can take some time to come to terms with a new diagnosis. Sometimes we are glad that at last we know what is wrong and sometimes we can feel not something else.
How are you feeling at the moment?
Have a look around and join in when you are ready.
Take care.

Is your username chosen for the pastry shop or is that just a coincidence?

Hi @Greggs, A Fellow Newbie! I wanted to know how your current diagnosis affects your social life. From what I know of spinal stenosis, it is a life-altering condition, especially the pain that comes with it. As a person with chronic pain myself, I know it has drastically impacted the ways in which I socialise, so I wanted to see if it was the same for you.
